PRODUCTS

1. Are you really all vegan? What about the sugar?

Yes, we are, even our sugars are vegan. We nitpick our ingredients to ensure they are all vegan and cruelty free.

2. Are you truly natural and paraben free?

All of our products are natural and made without paraben, synthetic preservatives, alcohol (with the exception of our No-No Nasties Sanitizer), artificial fragrances. Instead, we use natural botanical ingredients. Our products don't contain any nasties. 

For our water-less products, we use ingredients with self-preserving properties and methods. For our water based products, we use lab tested and proven preservatives from natural origins to protect our formulations. 

3. Is your packaging BPA-free?

Yes, all of our packaging are BPA and worry free.

 

4. How do I keep my products?

As our natural products are free of preservatives and synthetic chemicals, they do require slight care when using, as opposed to using regular skincare with preservatives. Always use clean hands or a spoon when scooping the product, and avoid introducing water to the product. 

Introducing water to the products will provide a suitable environment for bacteria to grow and thrive.  And we certainly don't want that!

Ideally, our products are best stored in a cool, dry area. If that is not possible, our scrub bottles are air tight when screwed on tightly, and is able to be stored in the bathroom if needed. The

5. How do I use your body scrubs?

Our body scrubs require a little bit of water.

In the shower, place a spoonful of body scrub in your palms and add a splash of water. Mix in your hands until it is creamy in texture and luxurious to scrub. Scrub and leave on for 2 to 5 minutes for best results. Shower as per normal and towel dry.

Our body scrubs leave your beautifully moisturised after, so you don't need to apply any lotions or cream!

2. Where are your orders shipped from?

Our products are stored in warehouses around the world; the US, the UK, EU, Australia, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. Our orders from the US are Fulfilled by Amazon. You may receive the order from our different shipping partners according to where you live. It all depends on the distance you live from the closest warehouse and the stock availability.
